WHAT IT COSTS

DefamationAlert is a cost effective solution. Our pricing structure is as follows:

 

 

INDIVIDUALS:

 

Bronze - £100 plus VAT per month. This includes:

 

• monitoring of your brand online 24/7

• alerting you of potentially defamatory statements

• Pursuing the author and host of the statement and posting alerts in relation to the statement

 

If it then become necessary to take legal action (such as an injunction) we will charge additional fees (via Debello Law).

 

 

 

SILVER - £300 PLUS vat per month. This includes ALL of the above plus:

 

• if it becomes necessary to take out an injunction to remove a defamatory statement our defamatory lawyers at Debello Law will deal with this for a fixed cost of £3000 plus VAT.

 

 

 

GOLD - £600 plus VAT per month. This includes everything in our Bronze package, plus:

 

• if it becomes necessary to take out an injunction to remove a defamatory statement our defamatory lawyers at Debello Law will deal with this at no extra cost to you.

 

 

 

Note: Injunctions typically cost up to £15,000.
